MMA Announces Election of New District Two Manager

The Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Motorcycle Association (MMA) at their monthly meeting in May unanimously elected Rick Wood of Plymouth, MA to the open position of District Two Manager. Rick is a well known and respected rider in the District Two area he currently also serves as President of the Southeastern Massachusetts Motorcyclists' Survivors Fund, Inc and was very active in the planning and execution of the highly successful 2nd Annual Boston's Wounded Vets Ride which attracted approximately 1500 riders and raised over $80,000.00 for wounded veterans.

"We are very happy to have Rick on the MMA's Board of Directors" stated Chairman Dave Condon, "Rick was already helping us with some of the issues facing riders in the District Two area for sometime now and was already pretty familiar with the MMA's mission and organizational set up. So he will be all set to hit the ground running down there." Condon further stated, "One of the things Rick is best known for is his planning and organizational skills and we look forward to working with Rick and taking full advantage of his knowledge in those areas."
