Massachusetts Motorcycle Association
Annual Meeting
October 6, 2021

All active members in good standing of the Massachusetts Motorcycle Association are invited to attend the Annual meeting. It is a requirement, pursuant to our bylaws as originally authored, that the association hold an annual meeting providing for the general membership in good standing to participate in the election process of the association Board of Directors.
The positions available for this cycle, are Vice Chairman, State Director and Director of Government Affairs for 3-year terms.
The Vice Chairman serves as a General Advisor to the Board and assists the Chairman in managing the Corporate Business of the MMA, whereas the State Director manages the business of the General Membership. The Government Affairs Director manages the association’s efforts and engagement with State and Local government, including the Legislature, the Executive and Judicial branches.
In addition, there are a number of Non-Board positions that are available for you to support the MMA, if you have the time. Please contact us to learn more
There is also a 1-year term for MRF State Representative. The MRF State Representative is appointed annually pursuant to the Motorcycle Riders Foundation bylaws and serves as a liaison to that organization and general interface to the members of the MRF in Massachusetts. The MRF State Representative must be an individual member in good standing of the MRF for at least 1 year. Currently Dave Condon is fulfilling that role.
We are pleased to announce, the annual meeting will be held in person at the Rose Garden in Upton (16 Milford St.). Any member or prospective member wishing to participate may do so by contacting the Chairman no later than 6PM, October 5, 2021. The meeting is planned to start at 7:00 PM October 6. Please be there early, to be seated, so that we may begin on time.
Any Massachusetts Motorcycle Association member in Good Standing for at least 1 year is eligible for any position with the MMA Board of Directors. Those wishing to run for a position should contact Rocco Libertine, Chairman, via email at or Bruce Arsenault, Secretary via email at no later than 3PM on October 5, 2021. MMA Bylaws do allow for electronic voting and have for several years - members may view the bylaws under the MEMBERSHIP tab if logged into the website.
